Book a FREE intro so we can chat about your goals, answer any questions you may have, and show you our facility. If you think we are a good fit for you, we will get you started with our Fundamentals Course.

Fundamentals 

Course

Three or more private training sessions designed to teach you the basics of CrossFit to keep you safe and get you ready for group classes. Scheduled at your convenience.

Join

group classes

Once you graduate from our Fundamentals Course you may join our group classes! You can also choose to continue with private training, or do a mixture of both.

Add nutrition

Fixing your diet is the key to maximizing your performance and helping you get to your ideal weight. 

After meeting 1 on 1 with our in-house nutritionist, you'll receive an individualized plan to get you even closer to your goals.
