SIGN-UP AND GET STARTED!

BOLD is a program combining small group training, nutrition counseling, and accountability to boost every aspect of your life. BOLD starts February 24th, but spots will fill up soon.

WORKOUT TOGETHER

Every class you'll be working out side by side with the other guys in the program. Camaraderie at its finest. Your coach, Jake, will teach the class every step along the way. The workouts will burn fat, build lean mass, and give you a sense of accomplishment.

BOLD combines exercise and nutrition to maximize strength gains and loss of body fat.

MEET YOUR COACH

Since opening CrossFit Hereafter in 2014, Jake Stabley has been lucky enough to help hundreds of people make a positive change to their health and fitness. 

Jake has spent countless hours leading group classes, working with clients one on one, and lots of self care to figure out what really gets guys in shape.

He was born in Bloomsburg and has spent most of his life in the area. He is blessed with an amazing wife and an energetic 1 year old son who keeps him occupied when not at the gym.

He knows what its like to have challenges to overcome and wants to help more guys get to a better place physically and mentally.

Your next step is to set up a free NO SWEAT INTRO with Jake.

We'll meet face to face to talk about what you hope to achieve with BOLD and answer questions to see if it's a good fit for you. If so,  you'll reserve your spot during the meeting.
 

BOLD is strictly limited to 8 spots. I want guys who are committed to the program, including the workouts each Monday and Wednesday from 6:15pm - 7:15pm and Saturday from 6:30am-7:30am.
